Sturgeon grows in the mountain waters of Spain. Due to the natural conditions and high-quality feeds, the meat is low-fat, soft textured and rich tasted.
We pack each fish in an elastic bag and put it in an ice box. We recommend cooking immediately — the shelf life is up to 2 weeks.
