Unfortunately, we do not have a hotel and a restaurant on the farm territory.
However, you can find a place to stay in the neighboring towns. The best way to make sure that the sturgeon and caviar in the Esturion de Sarrion are of perfect quality is to look how the farm works.
Our excursions are completely free of charge!
Apart from the breathtaking spirit of the nature, forests, penetrated by the truffle aroma, rough rivers and lofty mountains the province of Teruel and the city of Sarrion are justifiably proud of, we prepared our eventful program.

It is the holy of holies for us.
The fish, producing roe.
The fish-breeders will tell about each stage in details, and, of course, about the way of “milling operation” of the sturgeon. It is when they do not kill the fish, but make a small incision on its belly, mill the roe and let it back into the water safe and sound.
It is the most touching place on our farm with a horde of the juvenile fish you can even touch. Here you will learn the way from a roe-corn to the sturgeon on your table.
From this point the best view of our farm opens. You will see big basins teeming with fish. Here the sturgeon grows and gains weight to decorate your table as a result.
If you make a rating of the most popular questions from our clients, the packaging issues will lead. Here you can make sure for yourself that we work not only complying the norms, but take care of the fish and our customers.
